Hero System - The Hero System (or HERO System) is a role-playing game generic system that developed from the superhero RPG Champions, and underlying the Hero Games role-playing games such as Champions, Dark Champions, Fantasy Hero, Star Hero, and Pulp Hero. It is characterized by point-based character creation and the rigor with which it measures character abilities.
Lookwell - Lookwell was a television program written and produced by Conan O'Brien and starring Adam West as a washed-up TV action hero who falsely believes he can solve crimes in real life. It was broadcast on NBC in July 1991 but was not picked up as a series.

Commando Cody - Commando Cody was the hero in a 12-episode science-fiction serial made in 1952 by Republic Pictures, entitled Radar Men from the Moon and a followup 1953 set of 12 short-subjects (or 12 cliffhangerless serial chapters) collectively called the adventures of Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe. These 25-minute episodes, each reasonably complete and without cliffhanger endings, were originally released to theaters in 1953-4, as surviving lobby posters indicate, and were later sold to NBC-TV and run as a summer replacement program from July 16 to October 8, 1955.
